Dodge City softball opened KJCCC play with a doubleheader sweep of Northwest Kansas Tech and Addison Spencer helped lead the charge for the Conquistadors.Â

Spencer would put together a strong day for the Conqs as she was 2-3 at the plate with two runs scored, a double, two RBI, and a stolen base in game one. She followed that up by going 3-4 with three runs scored, two RBI, a double, and stolen base in game two against the Mavericks.Â

On the season the sophomore is hitting .455 with 15 hits, 10 runs scored, four doubles, 10 RBI, eight walks, and two stolen bases. She has played in all 12 games for the Conqs and leads the team in doubles and RBI, while she is second in hits and walks.Â
