Dodge City Community College Athletics

Dodge City baseball team snapped a nine-game losing streak versus Seward County and swept the four-game series versus the Saints winning a series against Seward for the first time since 2017. Shea Walker helped set the tone for the series pitching in the first game of the series and earned the win tossing six innings giving up just two runs on two hits and one walk, while striking out 10 in a 10-3 win over Seward. 
 
Walker on the season has made five starts and has a 2-1 record with 30 innings pitched with a 3.30 ERA. He’s recorded 34 strikeouts on the season while only walking seven. Walker has went at least six innings and recorded five or more strikeouts in every outing.
